Keeps the Metro I and Metro II parking areas and buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties and Responsibilities• Opens Metro I parking area each business morning• Maintains building, painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance work• Basic janitorial tasks, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting daily• Emptying trash bins in the garage daily• Clean the stairwells, handrails and walkways • Clean elevators and the lobby area• Dust and wipe down machinery, gate arms, and signage• Lubrication of fans, motors, control units, and other mechanical equipment• Spread de-icer, clears snow, leaves, and debris • Replaces and installs filters• Changing light bulb as needed• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities• Communicate with supervisor when supplies are needed, before they run out, to ensure that supplies are stocked and available• Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs• Performs other tasks/duties as neededLANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply simple math to solve practical problems. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Able to pass a post-employment Respirator physical and a valid Oklahoma Driver's License, Class D.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Six (6) months of general maintenance experience, or one to three months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, and various areas of building maintenance desired.

Education Required
